Azuki Media Platform™

Videos in their many forms – entertainment, instruction, and education – have undergone world-changing revolutions in the past. First were moving pictures, bringing visual communication to life. Next was color, adding a dimension of realism and vibrancy. First-screen (television) was another revolution, bringing these into the home. Most recently we’ve seen the power that digital has brought in so many ways: better quality, simpler distribution, special effects, even allowing individuals to become filmmakers with affordable, handheld devices.

The next video revolution is OTT multi-screen on any device over any network. Being able to enjoy and utilize high quality, on-demand videos from anywhere, on any device, be it in your home or on the go. This great promise is the reason Azuki Systems was founded and what all of our efforts focus on: developing the technologies to power the anytime, anywhere video delivery revolution.

Our Azuki Media Platform is the world’s best solution for delivering any content to any device over any network. We have created unique new technologies and services to not only make this possible but to ensure a level of quality and sophistication guaranteed to amaze and inspire.

Azuki Preparation Processor

The Azuki Preparation Processor provides a single interface and common workflow, simplifying media preparation. It unifies the controls for multiple external resources, manages the workflow for content ingestion, transcoding, segmentation, and uploading, and interfaces with other components for content protection (DRM wrapping).

Azuki Media Manager

Our media manager takes care of the data management and scheduling for you. Based on the content it performs media prep, scheduling, and publishing. The media manager also authenticates based on the device, user, and content rights. As the data manager it robustly collects and reports run-time analytics.

Azuki Content Controller

The content controller is the traffic cop that handles client requests, licensing, bit rate adjustments and content routing. First, the controller supports client requests such as playlist downloading, progressive downloads, and streaming. Next, it mediates services including licensing and playlist handling. Finally, the controller manages sessions, controls bit rates, and handles CDN routing.

Azuki Media Client

The Azuki Media Client is the built-in intelligence on client devices that monitors, manages, and protects. It’s an intelligent tool that dynamically manages bandwidth, provides content protection and authentication, and interfaces with the ad services to support the placement of targeted advertising. Additionally, it’s the media client that collects and reports analytics data.

Azuki Media Platform:
